     Lydia M. "Lilly" Shaw was born c 1848 at Wisconsin.1 She married Simeon Olds, son of Nathan Olds and Elizabeth "Betsey" Stevens, bt 1865 - 1868.1
     The only evidence that I have giving her maiden name as Shaw is in the death record of her son Frank Edward Olds. A Lydia M. Shaw, age 13, b. Wisc., was listed in the family of James and Persis Shaw in the 1860 census of Bloomfied Township, Fillmore County.2,3

     Daniel Shays married Abigail Gilbert, daughter of Jonathan Gilbert and Abigail Old.1 Daniel Shays was born c 1747.1 Marriage banns for him and Abigail Gilbert were published on 18 Jul 1772 at Brookfield, Massachusetts.2 Daniel Shays died in Sep 1825 at Sparta, New York.1
     Captain Daniel Shays is remembered in history as the leader of Shays Rebellion in Massachusetts after the Revolutionary War, in which he had served.3,4

     A boy ("Puer") Shepard was baptized on 23 Sep 1553 at Redgrave Parish, Suffolk County, England.1 He was the son of Robert Shepard and Agnes (?).1
     He apparently died before his father's will was written.1

     Edmund Shepard married Agnes (?).1 Edmund Shepard was born s 1475.1 He died bt 22 Jan 1523 - 1 Mar 1523.2
     He left a will on 22 Jan 1523 at Redgrave Parish, Suffolk County, England. This will is fully reported in the reference. It names Edmund's wife Annes and his children John, Thomas, Robert, Margaret, Ellen, Annes, and Mary. The executors were "Annes my wife and Thomas my son". It was probated 1 March 1523 (Archdeaconry of Sudbury, Brydon 317).3

     He probably died young since there were later two more sons named Edmund in this family. There are no recorded burials at Redgrave during this period.1
