"Mary "Keturah" Heron, 97, of Bozeman, passed away April 15, 2000, at Mountain View Care Center. She was born June 24, 1902, to William and Martha Roxanna (Olds) Tibbles in Haddam, Kan.
"Keturah graduated from Montana State College with a degree in Home Economics in 1925. She received a masters of education from Oxydental College in California. She was a home economics teacher and counselor.
"On June 18, 1929, Keturah married Raymond Ashley Heron in Miles City. They had two children, Lucille and Raymond.
"Keturah loved her family and home and the time she spent with them. She also enjoyed traveling.
"Keturah was preceded in death by her parents, her siblings and her husband. She is survived by her daughter, Lucille Schilling and husband, Fred, of Silver Gate; son, Raymond Heron and his wife, Lillian, of Oklahoma City, Okla; niece, Ariella Kutzman and family, of Bozeman; five grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; and other nieces and nephews.

"Tibbles, a dairy farmer, was born July 4, 1900 in Haddam, Kan. In 1928 he moved to Hammon, Okla, from Wellington, Texas. In 1946 he came to his present home seven miles north of here. Tibbles was a member of the Cleveland county draft board, the American Legion and Church of Christ.
"Survivors include his wife, Edith, of the home; two sons. William K. Tibbles jr., Orange, Texas, and Thomas N. Tibbles, Bartlesville; three daughters, Mrs. Margaret Simpson, 1812 Murray drive, Midwest City; Mrs. Eunice Tidwell, Healdton, and Mrs. Jo Annette, Abilene. Texas.

Margaret Tousley was born on 13 May 1717.2 She was baptized on 16 Nov 1735 at Suffield, (in Mass. 1670 - 1749), now Connecticut.3 She married Elisha Old, son of Hanford Old and Elizabeth Neal, on 22 Aug 1752 at Westfield, Massachusetts.4,5,6
On 3 Dec 1752, "Margaret Tousley (alias Old)" was transferred from the Congregational Church at Suffield to the Church of Christ at Westfield.7

The above announcement will be received with feelings of great sorrow by the friends of the deceased in Princeton. She was long connected with our school interests, and was ever held as a good and faithful worker in the cause of education. Her funeral services will take place today (Thursday) at 2 o'clock at the Congregational church."3
