"Robert Daniel's widow, Reana Daniel of Cambridge, for a valuable sum of money paid by John Whitney, Jr., of Watertown, confirmed unto John Whitney, in 1636, 40 acres of land in Watertown; and the mark, R, of Mrs. Daniel was acknowledged by Reana Frost on 12 Apr. 1669. (Middlesex Deeds, vol. 3, page 364.)3 In reporting the marriage of Edmund James, Anderson says: "MARRIAGE: By unknown date Reana ______; she m. (2) contract 11 August 1640 William Andrews of Cambridge [MLR 3:7]. He died in 1652 and she married (3) Cambridge 3 May 1654 Robert Daniel. He died Cambridge 6 July 1655 and she married (4) Edmund Frost. She died after 1672, being named in the will of her fourth husband. Sarah J. (?) married Edward Fildes.2 Sarah J. (?) was born in Sep 1855 at Illinois.2
Her obituary states: "July 20, 1944 Mrs. Sarah Jane Fildes, widow of Edward Fildes of Parkersburg, died last Thursday afternoon at the home of Mrs. V. S. Fildes, of Olney. She is survived by one son, Charles, of Olney, and four grandchildren. Another son, Dr. V. S. Fildes, died February 4, 1939. Funeral services were held from the U. B. church in Parkersburg with interment in Evenezer Cemetery, near Samsville."3
